I stumbled upon this dental group and boy am I so grateful I did. I was recently diagnosed with some medical issues that required an extensive amount of dental work. My case was not in their normal scope. can’t express how thankful I am for the staff at Fallon Dental. Every single person on their staff went above and beyond for me…over and over for months. When we initially discussed my treatment, I was filled with anxiety of what the next few VERY painful months would be like. Little did I know that I would actually look forward to going in for my appointments just to see this group of people. They managed to make this gruesome process pleasant and the end product surpassed my expectations. Their work was impeccable, and their customer service perfect. If I could give them ten stars I would. I would recommend this group of dental professionals to anyone.

Excellent experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming.The office was clean, comfortable, and efficient. Reina, Dr. Shweta's assistant was so friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of me. Dr. Shweta took her time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Her attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care for me was excellent. The quality of care I received was excellent, and I left feeling confident that my dental health was in great hands. I am adding to this review because I went to Fallon Dental again last week to get a root canal completed with Dr. Agrawal. Other than the initial prick of novocaine, I did not experience any pain or discomfort during the entire procedure. Dr.Agrawal checked in often during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Her assistant, Fredo was also so friendly and attentive. I was so grateful that Dr. Agrawal was able to perform my root canal. I continue to be impressed with the entire team at the Dublin office. They are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and care deeply about their patients.
