All experience was great, especially with the main doctor and the receptionist except the doctor assistant Nilofer she was taking too much time singing song while treatment and was not doing her job with caution. She did heart me a lot. That was the only bad experience that I had.

This office is WHERE you want to be seen. I felt so well taken care of. It’d been a couple of days of an excruciating amount of pain and Dr Shweta and her team made it possible to come in for an emergent procedure. Past the anesthesia injections, I can’t say I experienced any more pain. Her team made sure I got breaks if I needed them (a 20sum y/o baby when it comes to dentists🥲) and were so kind, using words of affirmation to keep my anxiety at bay. Thank you Nilofar, Katie, Tay and Dr Shweta for helping me through such a frustrating and painful time. 🫶🏽

This dentist office is the first and only place where I felt comfortable going and who truly took care of me. This review is going to be a long one, but I owe it to Dr Shweta and her staff to be recognized for the amazing job that they have done. I am one of those who neglected my dental needs for several years; I just never trusted the dentists that I had come across. I would do the initial exam and never returned for a second visit to get the work done because they either disappointed, weren't truthful, or flat out were rude/disrespectful. I tolerated the pain for many years at the expense of having a bad experience. Beyond the pain, the aesthetics of my teeth started to deteriorate badly, to the point that I really had to do something. Again, scared to deal with a bad dentist, it crossed my mind to go overseas and get it done for pennies on the dollar...but that's no bueno and pretty scary (just go here, trust me). In June, I made an appointment to schedule an exam at this beautiful office; I walked in skeptical of what they would say and how they would judge me. But the initial visit was the best time I had! Dr Addy (who is now at their Castro Valley office) was super nice, kind, understanding, and 0 judgement!! But best of all, she said that they can take care of me. Prior dentists kinda gave up after they slapped me a bill that amounted to the price of a new German car. She reassured me that I came to the right place and that they'll fix my smile. She eventually left that office by the time I got to schedule my procedures, but Dr Shweta took over, adjusted the treatment plan to something more permanent and cost effective, and went right into it!! 5 appointments later, which all went amazingly well, she delivered on their initial promise. The staff is super friendly and I promise, we didn't use the laughing gas to crack up each time I got to visit them. I hope I'm not forgetting anyone here...but these are the amazing individuals who took special care of me that I want to recognize in this review. Katie and Maryam at the front desk welcomed me with a smile and that's pretty much all I've seen from them two each time I walked in and out of the office! They followed up promptly with my future appointments and even once reached out to reschedule when an earlier appointment came up - thank you for all your help!! Shabnam did an amazing job with the deep cleaning and gave me very good advice on how to take care of my gums. She was very kind, friendly, and even played music from one of my favorite artists while doing my cleaning, that was pretty cool :) Sage assisted Dr Shweta putting on my temporaries and doing the scans; each time she was super precise and very efficient. But also very caring and always made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain during each procedure. Dr Shweta...what can I say about her?! She is truly the kindest dentist I've ever met. I also appreciate her directness and her expertise; she earned my trust by showing me what I need and how it will get done (no other dentist went to that extent and that's why I didn't let them do anything to me). Her kindness and professionalism went to work and she delivered exactly as promised! Now about the office manager, Shaina; this is the individual that I'm usually not a fan of...because they're the one who brings the bill to the table lol. But Shaina came with different energy when we discussed my treatment plan. Of course, this is a business and they have to charge patients...but she did it gracefully, with kindness, and very respectfully. She also earned my trust and obviously, my business. Her personality is also amazing and we had many good laughs during each of my visits - thank you for everything Shaina!! And another big thank you to the assistants and other staff members who worked in the back end and whose names I didn't get during my short interactions with them... As I'm a photographer, I figured that I can show you these friendly and amazing faces who again, truly made a difference!! Thx again!!! Glad to have my smile back 😁
