With out a doubt the finest Dentist, receptionists, assistants and cleanest office in Alameda and Contra Costa area. Ample parking. I have been having Dental problems and there often in the last two years. My problems have been taken care of with follow up visits. The excellent service never fails.

I’ve been going to Fallon Dental Group since 2018, and Nilo has been my hygienist for most of those years — she’s honestly the best part of every visit. She’s super professional and great at what she does, but also warm, funny, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re comfortable. She somehow makes going to the dentist the best-case scenario every time.
Now, for a story that proves how awesome she is: I asked to try nitrous because I’ve gotten more anxious about dental work lately. Apparently, I have a very high tolerance — I felt nothing for a while… and then it all hit me at once. It was glorious for about five seconds before my head started spinning like The Exorcist and I, uh, completely lost it. I projectile vomited everywhere — my dress, my cardigan, the office — total disaster.
Nilo handled it like an absolute champ. She cleaned everything up, made sure I was okay, gave me her own hair clip, and somehow made me feel totally fine and not embarrassed. She’s a saint, honestly. And after all that, she still managed to finish my appointment quickly and gently.
So yeah, Nilo’s amazing — professional, kind, and clearly unshakable. If you’re looking for a hygienist who’s both excellent at her job and an all-around wonderful human, she’s the one. 😂
